Biography

Maximilian Sergio received the Dr.Eng. degree in Microelectronics at the University of Bologna, Italy in 1998.
Since 2000, he has been working as Full-time Consultant for the Central R&D division of ST Microelectronics in Agrate Brianza (Milan, Italy). The work is based on the utilyzation of STM CMOS technologies and CAD platforms for the developement and physical implementation of innovative digital and mixed signals projects in particular in the field of Smart Sensors.
He is currently PhD student at the "Advanced Reasearch Center on Electronic Systems E.DeCastro, (ARCES)", Bologna, Italy.

Research Interests and Activities

His researches are focused on both system and IC design for mixed signal processing. His main topics of interest are SOC design and Mixed signal circuit for smart sensors.
