Biography

Susanna Reggiani received the undergraduate and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy, in 1997 and 2001, respectively. Since April 1997 she has been working at the Department of Electronics (DEIS) of the same University in the field of the numerical simulation of semiconductor devices. Since 1999 she has been working on simulation of electron transport in nanoscale devices applied to quantum computing. In 2001 she became research associate at the University of Bologna, Italy. Now she is also with the Advanced Research Center for Electronic Systems (ARCES) of the University of Bologna.
