Analog Approaches

Abstract:

In this part we will first discuss the features of the analog implementation of fuzzy systems. We then suggest a possible criteria to classify different analog hardware approaches based on the implemented architecture and on the allowed degree of programmability. Different implementations of the basic building blocks are then described, and, finally, an overview of existing analog hardware implementation is given.
